The Wilmington Tour of Homes is a quick and easy way to preview several homes in a couple of hours without any pressure or hassle. It is a great way to get an overview of what homes and features are available in your price range.

Here's how it works: Each scheduled day, we conduct a tour of each of the six properties held at a pre-scheduled time.  The tour will begin promptly at 12 pm at our office, located across from Mayfaire at 1001 Military Cut-off Road Suite 101.  The tour will take approximately two and a half hours and will include a question/answer and informational session at the end.  Just think about it, you will get to see six different homes in less than three hours!

Our Tour is Very Different Than a Traditional Open House

Traditional open houses are sometimes uncomfortable for both buyers and sellers because you often have a hovering agent watching your every move. Most importantly, they're NOT very effective at getting the home SOLD. In fact, according to industry statistics, less than 1% of homes are sold as a result of a traditional open house.

In contrast, our well-organized tours are much more efficient than a traditional open house and much more convenient. Most buyers can determine within a very short time-frame whether or not they're interested in a home they have previewed.
