Meet Bailey Gordon:

Originally from Massachusetts, I moved to Wilmington in 1998 and quickly fell in love with this beach community! I began working with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage when I was 17, learning the business and developing a passion for real estate.  I’ve worked every aspect of the business from a buyer’s specialist, representing sellers, and managing a team.  I believe that selling real estate is so much more than being a sales person but it’s an opportunity to guide people through life changes. 

Why I’m Different:

I believe I bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry.  Knowing that this purchase or sale is a big decision and one that should not be rushed into, I pride myself on education and making sure you know the market the same way I do.  With the internet at our fingertips, we are all armed with information but helping you sort it out is where I come in. When listing your home, I can help you prepare for the market knowing just what a buyer is looking for when they cross through the front door.  And as a buyer, I want you to know all the market statistics and make the best decision for yourself. 

When I’m not working:

I’m blessed to call myself a daughter, a sister, a wife, and now a mom!  My husband and I have an amazing little boy, born in 2016, and we spend as much time as we can outside. We are beach bums, we love the boat, the beach, and the sun.  When we’re not at the beach, you can find me enjoying a walk with a friend or a quick shopping trip to Mayfaire!
