There has been a lot of discussion between County Commissioners that would bring a new plant to the area.  This new sewage plant would most likely be located off Highway 421 North in Pender County.

Both counties are working togheter for this plant to be built.  These plans for a new plant are still in the planning stages.  There is no completion date thus far.
